Al Kabeer briefs the German ambassador on efforts to unify the exchange rate of the dinar

The Governor of the Central Bank in Tripoli informed Al-Siddiq al-Kabir, the German ambassador to Libya, Olver Ovtsha, on the efforts made to reform the mechanism for setting the exchange rate of the dinar.

This came in a phone call, according to the German ambassador’s tweet on his personal account on the social networking site “Twitter”, today, Wednesday.

Ofcha offered Al Kabir to conclude an agreement between Germany and Libya in the field of trade and investment.

Last Monday, the Central Bank held a meeting to discuss reactivating the work of its board of directors”in a way that achieves the bank’s goals, which are stabilizing the general level of prices and supporting the peace of the banking system”, saying that the meeting was “dominated by a spirit of optimism and a common outlook to achieve the public interest.”
