The Chairman meets with the British Prime Minister’s Trade Envoy to Libya

During the meeting, they discussed strengthening means of economic and commercial cooperation between the two sides, the return of British companies specialized in the field of oil and energy to work in Libya, and the opening of new horizons for investments, which was confirmed by the commercial envoy, Mr. Damian Moore during the meeting, where he made it clear that Britain is seriously seeking commercial economic partnerships. New with several countries, including Libya, with which it has excellent relations. He also expressed his happiness at the National Oil Corporation’s endeavor to expand its investment base through cooperation with the British side.
For his part, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Eng. Mustafa Sanallah, extended his thanks and appreciation to the Trade Envoy for the support provided by the United Kingdom to the National Oil Corporation and its support to Libya, indicating that the Board of Directors of the National Oil Corporation is determined to expand the partnership base with the British side in the field of energy, through the use of expertise The large British companies in the oil industry and technology, and brought them to the Libyan oil sector.
They also discussed cooperation in the field of training and human resources, in order to build capacity and develop Libyan cadres in the oil and gas sector in British universities, centers and institutes.
