The first stage of installing the mobile prefabricated class rooms, funded by UNICEF, in Sirte kicked off Thursday.

Sirte municipal member for education Saleh Ayada said the class rooms are 30 and each accommodates 30 students, adding that they have desks, white boards and a teacher’s table, lighting and air-conditioning.

He also said that UNICEF will pay the installation costs and the class rooms will be installed in 8 student-crowded schools.
