Unemployment crisis in Libya

In an attempt to find a solution to this problem, the management of the training and vocational authority planned to save job opportunities in the private sector.

According to reports, the labor force in Libya is 78.5% in the public sector while in private sector is 21.5%. Observers pointed that the private sector in Libya do not provide a high degree of safety. Job seekers prefer to work in the state institutions to enjoy the high degree of safety.

The private sector plays an important role in the national economy in order to ensure diversity in the sources of income to be a substitute for oil which is a 98% of total yearly income of the state
