The meeting on the crisis of the health sector was attended by the representative of the Presidential Council, Minister of Labor, Minister of State for Displacement Affairs, members of the House of Representatives, Advisor to the President of the Presidential Council for Health Affairs, officials of the health sector in the south and members of the crisis committee in the southern region.
The meeting was held at the Ministry of Labor to discuss the bottlenecks facing the South in the field of health in cooperation with the relevant sectors.
The aim of the meeting is to find recommendations and realistic solutions to promote the health program in the southern region and to provide all the requirements of hospitals and health centers in South Libya.
The problems experienced by the hospitals due to lack of facilities, equipment and medical elements were reviewed.
The head of the Southern Region Health Crisis Committee called for the necessary support for projects to alleviate the crisis and the suffering of the people of the South.
It was agreed to submit a proposal for the financial needs of the crisis committee in order to deal with the bottlenecks facing the health sector in the south.
