on Wednesday and Thursday, the Corporation discussed, in two technical meetings with Mellitah Company officials, the company’s activities for the year 2024, its completed and upcoming projects in onshore fields and offshore platforms to achieve an increase in production estimated at 30,000 barrels per day, and its budget for the year 2025.
The Corporation’s officials were also briefed on the work being carried out in the marine structure (A) to transport about 160 million cubic feet of gas daily to the Mellitah Industrial Complex, and to enhance the stability of gas supplies in the future.
The two meetings were attended by the directors of the technical departments of the institution, members of the company’s management committee, specialists, technicians and financial experts from both sides, and representatives of the Libyan and Al-Jawf technology companies and the foreign partner, the Italian company Eni.
