The Supreme Council of Ministers concluded the transfer of competencies of the local administration and adopted the plan of 2018; the first part will include transfer of competencies of ten parties before the end of March this year and the general plan will complete the rest of the work until October. The plan has implementation phase, evaluation and follow-up performance; and will be based on holding meetings with a number of competent ministers and activities.
