A technical meeting for the year 2016 was held at the headquarters of the Libyan Petroleum Institute on Thursday, September 29, 2016 AD between the Manufacturing Department and the technical departments related to the National Oil Corporation, the Manufacturing and Production Chemistry Department and the Health, Safety and Environment Department of the Libyan Petroleum Institute.
The meeting was attended on the part of the Corporation, the Director of the Manufacturing Department and a number of gentlemen of managers and specialists, and on the part of the Libyan Oil Institute, the Chairman and members of the Management Committee, and a number of specialists from the relevant departments of the Institute.
During the meeting, the activities of studies, research and consultations in the field of oil and gas manufacturing, the field of safety and the environment, the activity of laboratories and laboratories for the year 2016 were reviewed, and the most important projects and studies proposed for the year 2017 were discussed in addition to the difficulties and problems facing the institute in implementing some of its objectives.
