The Minister of Labor and Rehabilitation of the Government of National Accord met with the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Libya. During the meeting, which was held at the Libyan Korean Center, they discussed the support of the Center during this year with the capabilities and equipment it needs for the center to continue to implement the training programs. The ambassador reiterated his country’s support for Libya’s stability, noting that the Embassy of Korea will work to increase the necessary support for the center of equipment, tools or systems to ensure the continuity of the training process at the center and increase training capacity. The Minister of Justice praised the Korean Ambassador’s efforts in supporting the center and training projects that have been held over the past years, which is a reflection of the real partnership between Libya and Korea for years. The Minister of Labor and the Ambassador reviewed the specialties and training projects that the Ministry of Labor intends to add and increase the training capacity at the Libyan-Korean center in many fields. The meeting included an inspection tour in which the Minister of Labor accompanied the Ambassador to the training departments within the center, in which he was briefed on the current potentials available and what the center is looking forward to in the development of sections of the provision of equipment, materials and machinery to keep up with the latest modern technology.
