Siala Discusses In Tokyo Return Of Japanese Companies To Work In Libya.

GNA Foreign Minister Mohamed Siala met in Tokyo on Wednesday afternoon Japanese Foreign Minister Taro Kono, with whom he discussed developments in Libya, ways of upgrading relations between the two countries, and return of Japanese Embassy to work from Tripoli and indeed Japanese companies to work in Libya. The Japanese Foreign Minister said several Japanese companies were considering returning to invest in Libya, indicating that his country is providing assistance to Libya in the areas of capacity building in the healthcare sector, and is offering grants to Libyan students through the UN Development Program. Japan-Libya relationship will development through joint cooperation between the two countries, he said.
