The Chairman of the National Oil Corporation (NOC), Mustafa Sanallah, has held a meeting with the American company UOP Honeywell in the British capital, London, to discuss the company’s contribution to oil and gas sector projects, foremost of which is the construction of the South Refinery and the development of the Tobruk Refinery to produce car gasoline.
During the meeting, the American company expressed its desire to participate in all projects, beginning with the South Refinery project, saying they will discuss details of the implementation of the contracts.
In the same context, the NOC announced a temporary halt at the oil ports of Brega, Zueitina, Ras Lanuf, Zawiya, Melilta and Sidra, due to the bad weather conditions along the Libyan coast.
