PRINCE2® provides an easily tailored and scalable method for the management of all types of projects. This method is the defacto standard for Project Management and is practiced worldwide. PRINCE2 (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) provides common processes, management products, roles, and language for use throughout an organization’s projects. This Certification program includes both PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner preparation and Exams.
The 3 days PRINCE2® 2017 Foundation course (based on PRINCE2 2017 update) provides an optimal mix of classroom lectures, interactive case studies, assignments, additional reading materials, and exam preparation material. You will enjoy learning about the PRINCE2 methodology, and will concurrently learn the skills needed to practically apply this knowledge in real life.
The 2-days PRINCE2® Practitioner course (based on PRINCE2 2017 update) builds on the knowledge that participants have gained in the PRINCE2 Foundation course and focuses on applying and tailoring PRINCE2 for the effective use of the PRINCE2 Project Management methodology in projects.

Prerequisites
There are no formal prerequisites for PRINCE2 Foundation certification.
To take the PRINCE2 Practitioner examination you must provide a proof of having passed PRINCE2 Foundation (this must be a 2009 certificate or later)

The duration of this course is Five Days + 1 Day (Optional), Eight hours per day with a total of 40 – 48 hours
