NOC Chairman held a meeting with the Chairman of the Management Committees of the targeted oil companies (Gulf, Sirte, Waha, Acacus, Al Harooj, Nafusa and Zalaf) to discuss the increase of production capacity and implementation mechanisms and follow-up of the proposed programs for the exceptional budget.
NOC Chairman has given his directives to these companies to implement programs to raise the productive capacity through development of drilling and maintenance of wells as well as the new projects of Nafousa and Zalaf targeted during the period from 01.10.2019 to 31.12.2020, and the subsequent technical, financial, logistical and access procedures in order to approve the required approvals from the supervisory bodies and direct coordination with the competent departments of NOC to put these programs into effect and follow the best methods and adhere to the timetable prepared and also assured them that NOC pays great attention to this program and commissioned a technical and financial committee to follow closely the implementation program and submit the relevant reports in a timely manner to NOC and the competent authorities.
