The Chairman of the National Oil Corporation (NOC), Farhat Ben Qadara, discussed on Sunday with the French Ambassador to Libya, Mostafa Mihraje, cooperation between the two countries and ways to achieve stability and independence for the oil sector.
Both sides reviewed a number of strategies that aim to raise the level of performance of the NOC oil facilities, according to the NOC media office.
