Misrata Chamber of Commerce holds discussions with British Ambassador to promote commercial cooperation

The British Ambassador to Libya, Nicholas Hopton, during his visit to the Misrata Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture, discussed economic and trade relations between Britain and Libya.

During his visit to the Chamber, Hopton met with the Chamber’s Vice-President, Mahmoud Al-Shawsh, along with a number of members of the Management Committee and various businessmen and traders affiliated with the Chamber of Commerce.

At the meeting, methods to facilitate communication between the private sector in Libya and the private sector in Britain were discussed, along with the issue of expediting access for Libyan traders to UK visas in order to enter Britain with more ease.
