Misrata Chamber of Commerce discusses upgrading trade exchanges with Pakistan.

The Director General of the Misrata Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Abu Bakr Shanab, held discussions with the Ambassador of the Republic of Pakistan to Libya, Rashad Javed, regarding the bolstering of joint trade cooperation between both countries.

The meeting also covered coordination for a Pakistani trade exhibition, which should be held after several months in Misrata, along with discussions of plans to speed up the reopening of the maritime lines between the Misrata free zone port and the port of Islamabad, in order to increase trade exchange.

The two sides also discussed the facilitation of visa procedures between Libyan and Pakistani businessmen and merchants.
