Minister of Labor and Rehabilitation met in Tripoli a number of directors of the labor and rehabilitation offices in the southern region to follow up the activities and programs launched by the ministry in cooperation with the regional labor offices in Ubari, Bent Bey and Gharifa as well as a number of directors of the ministry’s departments and offices.
Means of activating the training programs organized by the ministry in the southern regions were discussed for supporting young researchers for work to attend the training courses provided by the Libyan Korean Center in Building and Construction professions.
The meeting also reviewed the report of the assistance provided by the ministry for people with disabilities and decided to expand the beneficiaries in cooperation with the Office of Empowerment and Support of Persons with Disabilities. The participants agreed to grant women training opportunities in the southern regions through the Ministry of Women’s Support Office.
