In Libya Mellitah Oil & Gas has invited local & foreign specialized companies to pre-qualify for a tender for the overall integrated power management system (OIPMS) at the Mellitah Complex.
The scope of work is to upgrade and enhance the electrical power system to provide complete OIPMS at Mellitah Complex. The required work includes site survey, detailed engineering required to upgrade/replace existing electrical control system (ECS) to provide OIPMS for the complex’s power plant. It also includes the installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start up with hardware and software packages among other things.
Interested companies for the above tender must satisfy the stipulated requirements which include a minimum of three-year’s experience related to the scope of the work.
The prequalification submission deadline is February 7.
