The meeting of the General Assembly of the Mediterranean Company for Petroleum Services headed by NOC Chairman was held at NOC headquarters in the presence of NOC members of the General Assembly, members of the Board of Directors of the Company, general managers, directors, specialists and the Chairman and members of the Supervisory Board.
The Chairman of the General Assembly welcomed the attendees and hoped that the company will achieve real revenues this year, reach the target and manage several important investments for NOC.
The company’s accounts of 2016-2017, approved budget for revenues and expenses for 2017, activities and projects, 2018 plan and budget were reviewed.
An explanation of the work programs, maintenance work, problems and difficulties facing the company and observations were also reviewed.
NOC Chairman praised the efforts of the company’s management for developing its programs and increasing investment.
