Maltese Minister Of Foreign Affairs Meets With A Delegation Of The Libyan Ministry Of Education.

The Maltese Foreign Minister, “Fabry Francis” met with the delegation of the Libyan Ministry of Education on Friday evening in Malta, regarding the emphasis on the role of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in activating the agreement concluded between the Maltese and Libyan ministries of education and working to provide all facilities so that the two ministries can implement the terms of the agreement.

The meeting, which was held at the office of the Maltese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, was attended by the Maltese Minister of Foreign Affairs “Fabry Francis”, the undersecretary of the Libyan Ministry of Education “Adel Jumaa”, the Minister of Education of Malta, “Justin Karawana”, and the Director of the Cooperation Department at the Ministry of Education of Malta.

In his speech during this meeting, Adel Jumaa, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education in the Government of National Accord, called for the necessity to facilitate the provision of visas for those targeted by the education sector so that the ministry can implement a number of its training and technical projects proposed in the cooperation agreement, in addition to the need to open a direct flight line between The two states.

During this meeting, the Maltese Foreign Minister, Fabry Francis, noted that the Maltese Consul to Libya has begun his duties from the capital, Tripoli, and his presence will be real support for this cooperation, and he also stressed that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will work to facilitate all procedures for the education sector through which this agreement will be in effect as soon as possible.
