The annual meeting of Mabrouk Petroleum Operations Company for the year 2019 was held at NOC headquarters in Tripoli, headed by NOC Chairman.

The activity of the company and its various departments during the year 2019, including health, safety and security programs, and the security conditions facing the company in implementing its projects  in addition to the proposed budget for 2020, and the various projects that the company intends to undertake, company’s original, recoverable reserve stock and future production forecasts, targeted reservoir studies for 2020, production rates in the Aljarf field, well maintenance, maintenance operations and projects, financial situation and obligations, and the legal status of different terms were reviewed.  The notes of the owners committee and the report of the monitoring committee were also discussed.

NOC Chairman praised the exceptional efforts made by the employees of Mabrouk Petroleum Operations Company, in order to increase the company’s performance and contribute to the advancement of the national economy, despite all the difficult conditions and security challenges that it faced from sabotaging Mabrouk field.

Chairman of Mabrouk Petroleum Operations Company expressed his gratitude for the support provided by NOC to the company and its employees during the year 2019 and previous years.

In conclusion, NOC Chairman and members of the Board of Directors thanked and appreciated the company’s management committee and all its employees for their efforts and interest in raising the level of performance in the field of health, safety and the environment. NOC’s Board of Directors also recommended the need to improve public services and provide convenience and entertainment for workers.
