A Libyan business delegation participated in the World of Concrete (WOC) trade fair in Las Vegas, while on a working visit to the US last week.
According to the US embassy, the fair is the world’s largest trade fair specializing in the commercial concrete and masonry construction industries.
The event represents the largest reverse trade mission from Libya to the US in over a decade and is the result of the close collaboration between the US embassy, Libya, the US Foreign Commercial Service, Libya AmCham, and the Tripoli Chamber of Commerce, Industry, and Agriculture,” the US embassy tweeted on Monday.
The embassy expressed a desire to strengthen the US-Libyan commercial ties by holding more of such vents.
