The first ordinary meeting of the General Assembly of Libyan African Aviation Holding Company was held this morning at the Ministry of Transportation. The meeting was chaired by the Minister of Communications. The chairman of the General Assembly discussed a number of items, including reviewing the assessment of the company’s activities and presentation of the board’s strategy. The meeting also discussed the presentation of the estimated budget of the company for the years 2019-2020 and the appointment of the external auditor for the financial years 2014-2015, in addition to the item of new business and a number of important topics. The air transport sector is of great importance in the process of transporting people and goods at the local and international level, where the work of the General Assembly was a starting point towards the development of the work of companies by reviewing the report of its activity and strategy of its work, to avoid weaknesses and strengths and development of solutions to address problems.
