Libya and Italy have agreed on practical mechanisms to start activating the customs agreement signed between the Libyan Customs Authority and the Italian Customs Agency.

This came on the sidelines of the visit of the head of the Libyan Customs Authority to Italy, under the auspices of the European Union Mission for Integrated Border Management Assistance in Libya (EUBAM), to discuss activating the agreements concluded between the two countries and strengthen joint customs work.
