Under the umbrella of the sustainable development programs of NOC which were funded by the Spanish Repsol Consortium and implementation of the United Nations Development Program in Libya, a ceremony was held between NOC and the municipalities of Zintan and Rajban for receiving a number of solar energy systems which were installed in Zintan General Hospital, Rajban General Hospital, Zintan Accident Hospital and Zintan Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital.
The ceremony was attended by representatives of NOC Department of Sustainable Development, members of the Municipal Councils of Zintan and Rajban and representative of the company executing the installation and other officials.
This program will educate about the use of renewable and clean energies and will reduce the burden on the public company.
