The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of the Government of National Unity signed a cooperation agreement with the Chinese company Huawei to launch a program called Seeds for the Future. On Sunday, the ministry confirmed that the agreement aims to develop knowledge in information and communication technology for the benefit of young Libyan talents.
