The High Council of State (HCS) voted on its Tuesday session to approve the draft referendum law on the draft constitution in accordance with Article 23 of the political agreement.
According to the Information Office of the HCS president, the session took place in the presence of 94 members to discuss referendum law on the draft constitution and the possibility of forming a committee on the appointment of sovereign positions to work with the corresponding committee in the House of Representatives in accordance with Article 15 of the political agreement.
