GPC Decision No22 For 2006 Approving Prices For Executing Housing Schemes
Article (1)
According to rules of this decision, prices for executing housing schemes are approved – should
not exceed 295 L.D per Sq. M. as per specifications in table No.(1) attached in addition to
allowance for zones and floors as per table No.(2,3) attached.
Article (2)
Infra structure public authority, real estate development, subordinate authorities, bank for saving
and real estate investment and other public corporations to contract by direct authorization for
execution of schemes for approved housing program according prices, specifications and
allowances mentioned in article No.(1) of this decision.
Article (3)
Authorized parties for execution of approved housing program schemes may contract for
execution of different housing schemes, administration buildings and other utilities with prices
which differ from prices in article (1) of this decision on need for execution of works with
specifications which differ from specifications of items of work in table No.(1) attached by any
method of means of contracting stated in administration contract regulations referred to.
Article (4)
Price directory of item of work is approved for execution of buildings and its external utilities for
2006 prepared by national consultation office for use in estimation of budget , prices of schemes
and evaluation of offers.
Article (5)
High committee which follows loans should check and evaluate building prices and specification
of item works in article No.(1) of this decision annually or when required.
Article (6)
Any rule contradicting this decision to be cancelled.
Article (7)
This decision to be executed and published.
