The Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity (GNU), Abdel Hamid Dbeibah, discussed with the German Minister of Economy and Energy, Peter Altmaier, methods to develop and strengthen economic cooperation with Germany.

Both parties reviewed the outcome of the 3rd Libyan-German economic forum, which was held in Tripoli last March, in the presence of a number of German companies.

For his part, Dbeibah stressed Libya’s wish to develop better economic cooperation with Germany, which is Libya’s second largest economic partner in Europe, following Italy.
