The general meeting of North Africa Geophysical Exploration Company (Nageco) for the year 2019 was held at NOC headquarters in Tripoli, headed by NOC Chairman reviewed the various activities of the company during the year 2019, and the proposed work and budget programs for the year 2020, in addition to the various projects that the company intends to undertake during the next year. The monitoring committee also presented its report and responded to the comments contained therein.
NOC Chairman and members of the Board of Directors stressed the confidence of local oil companies, participating companies and international companies in North Africa Company to implement the work related to seismic survey, field data analysis and processing, and praised the efforts of the Chairman and members of the company’s board of directors and employees and hope that the company will return to its previous activity, especially as NOC is determined to adopt some of the work related to the seismic survey in the year 2020 in Sirte basin.
NOC Chairman praised the company’s efforts and information management projects for the benefit of NOC and the good reputation that North Africa has gained in the important areas of the Libyan oil sector.
NAGECO Chairman praised the support provided by NOC especially after its headquarters in Qasr Bin Ghashir area were exposed to bombing, looting and theft of some of the equipment and exploration equipment, which is worth millions of dinars. The projects that the company intends to implemen, including a project to prepare databases for geophysical and geological information, reservoirs, drilling and maintenance of wells of Zuaitina Oil Company.
