The Ministry of Economy decided to grant 40 foreign companies, including France’s Total, a three-month grace period to regularize their legal status after the expiration of their licenses on the Libyan territory.
This came hours after a decision minister Ali al-Issawi to stop dealing with a number of foreign companies due to work permit expiry.
