Economy Minister, German ambassador discuss return of German companies to Libya

The Minister of Economy, Mohamed Al-Hawaij, discussed with the German ambassador to Libya, Oliver Owcza, the means towards cooperation between both countries in various fields, particularly in the field of solar power generation, to be provided by Germany under the category of economic reforms.

Both parties stressed, during their meeting on Sunday, the importance of continuing consultations between the two countries and initiating bilateral cooperation in all fields, according to a statement by the German Embassy in Libya.

They also stressed the need for the return of German companies and work to achieve not only security but also economic and political stability in Libya.
