CBL Governor discusses with Minister of Economy current economic conditions in the country

The Governor of the Central Bank of Libya (CBL), Sadiq Al-Kabir, and the Minister of Economy and Trade in the Government of National Unity, Mohamed Al-Hawij, have held a joint meeting to prepare a common vision for the policies that will be taken during the next phase to boost economy.

During the meeting, which was held on Wednesday, the two sides discussed the current economic conditions, following a trade policy that supports the exchange rate policy, according to the CBL official Facebook page.

The Minister of Economy in the Government of National Unity, Mohamed Al-Hawij, officially assumed his duties on Tuesday from the Minister of Economy of the Government of National Accord, Faraj Boumtari.
