The British Embassy in Libya reaffirmed that there has been no change in the British government’s directives regarding the travel of its citizens to Libya since 2014.

“British nationals are still advised not to travel to Libya”, The British Foreign Office stated, calling on all those who are still there to leave the country immediately, saying the security situation is still fragile and can quickly deteriorate into fierce fighting and clashes without prior warning.
