Chargé d’Affaires of the U.S. Embassy, Jeremy Berndt, discussed with the GNU Minister of Economy, Mohamed Al-Haweij, his country’s support for economic aspiration in Libya.
“Regional Minister Counselor for Commercial Affairs Keith Kirkham and I enjoyed meeting with Minister of Economy Mohammed Al-Haweij in Tripoli. We discussed Libya’s economic diversification goals and how the United States and U.S. companies can support Libya’s economic aspirations,” Berndt said in a tweet by the U.S. Embassy.
