The Austrian OMV Group has announced the resumption of exploratory drilling operations in Libya during next February.
The National Oil Corporation and OMV discussed the work conducted by the company this year, reviewing the work programs to be implemented in 2024, especially after the company lifted force majeure last September, according to the NOC.
This came during the technical meeting of the NOC’s Exploration Department with the Austrian company, which was held at the NOC HQ in the capital, Tripoli.
