Libya Telecom and Technology Company (LTT) launches transfer of ownership of Libya Max contracts.

Libya Telecom and Technology Company announces the launch of LIBYA MAX contracts (individuals, business) starting from next Sunday, 15/10/2017, through the following service centers exclusively:

  1. Gharian Services Center (individuals and business), located in the insurance building.
  2. West Tripoli Service Center (individuals), located at the end of Ghout Al Shaal area.
  3. Al Zuhour Service Center (business), located in Airport Road area.

The Company affirms exclusive provision of service through the mentioned centers only.

To ensure benefit from the service, the following controls are required:

Individuals:

  1. Personal attendance of the current participant accompanied by identification.
  2. Personal attendance of the new owner accompanied by identification and the national number.
  3. The subscription to be transferred should not be withdrawn.
  4. The subscription to be transferred should be valid (the owner should re-activate subscription before attending for transfer of ownership).
  5. The subscription to be transferred should not include more than one service (some subscriptions include more than one service such as Libya Max and Libya DSL in the same contract).
  6. The new owner should not have more than one subscription for Libya Max service.
  7. Six months must elapse since the date of incorporation of the subscription in the service.
  8. Payment of transfer fees.

NOTE: The previous modem’s warranty contract expires as soon as ownership is transferred.

Business:

  1. Directing an official correspondence from the party wishing to transfer the ownership of subscription, provided that it includes the approval of the chairman of the board of directors or representative and the name of the person to whom ownership will be transferred as well as the name of the authorized representative responsible for completing the procedures.
  2. Personal attendance of the officially authorized representative to complete the procedures accompanied by identification; the transaction must be approved by the Director of the Center / Office.
  3. Personal presence of the new owner accompanied by identification and the national number.
  4. The subscription to be transferred shall not be withdrawn.
  5. The subscription to be transferred should be valid (the owner should re-activate the subscription before attending for transfer of ownership).
  6. Either one year must elapse from the date of incorporation of the subscription or availability of balance for subscription not less than 80 Dinars in conjunction with at least six months from the date of establishment.
  7. Payment of transfer fees.

NOTE: The previous modem’s warranty contract expires as soon as ownership is transferred.
