Sirte Oil & Gas Production & Manufacturing Company announces re-registration of approved companies and submission of physical and human resources according the following conditions:
- Registration period starts from 09.2017 to 31.12.2017.
- Place of registration and receipt of correspondence: the first main gate (Marsa Elbrega) on Sunday every week, from 10.00 hrs to 13.00 hrs.
- Documents required for re-registration:
First: General Contracting Companies
- Copy of license for practicing activity (original to be provided for comparison).
- Copy of registration certificate in the commercial register.
- Certificate for registration in taxation authority or certificate for settlement of tax for corporation’s companies before more than one year.
- Certificate for settlement of social insurance obligations
Second: Light and heavy transport companies
- Permission to practice activity issued from the committee for granting the permissions in ministry of communications.
- Copy from booklets of owned vehicles, to be valid in respect of traffic procedures with valid compulsory insurance policy.
- Approved list of vehicles from traffic section and licenses.
- Re-registration period ends after 12.2017 and registration of any company after this date will not be accepted.
