American Companies In Libya Consider Investing In The Energy Sector.

The American-Libyan Chamber of Commerce has organized an extended meeting for American companies working in Libya following the Libyan American Economic Dialogue here. An announcement by the American Embassy in Libya said the meeting has explored possibility of investing in the Libyan energy sector. The discussion also involved visions of 4 CEOs of US energy companies, who spoke about their former business experience in Libya and existing projects amid the ongoing challenges in the country. The Libyan-American Economic Dialogue was wounded on Monday, with participation of economic experts from the US Departments of State, Energy and treasury, and on the Libyan side by the Chairman of the Board of the National Oil Company Mustafa Sun’allah, the Governor of the Central Bank of Libya Al Sidiq Al Kabir and the Head of the Audit Office Khalid Shekshek.
