Member of the Presidential Council Mussa Al-Koni has met with the US Chargé d’Affaires Leslie Ordeman to discuss economic opportunities and political participation for Libya’s southern region.
“I was very pleased to meet with Presidential Council Deputy Chair Al-Koni in Tunis”, Ordeman said, the US embassy tweeted.
“We discussed the importance of promoting stability, economic opportunity, and political participation for Libya’s southern region as well as the need to restore a viable electoral path”, Ordeman added.
