Al-Kabeer and Libyan-British Business Council discuss facilitating trade movement.

The Governor of the Central Bank of Libya (CBL), Saddiq Al-Kabeer, on Thursday, in the British capital London, along with the management of the Libyan British Business Council (LBBC), discussed the facilitation of the movement of trade and how to grease the wheels of the economy to help them move.

According to the CBL’s official Facebook page, the meeting witnessed a discussion of the ability of the banking sector to contribute to the return of English companies, in order to resume their business in Libya.

Al-Kabeer had reviewed earlier during a previous meeting he held with Deputy Governor of the Bank of England, David Ramsden, the process of unifying the CBL. Ramsden welcomed this step, expressing his readiness to support the process.
