Minister of Labour and Rehabilitation Ali Al-Abed inaugurated the 4th edition of the Libya International Education and Training Expo (LETEXPO 4) on Saturday at the Sports City in Tripoli, with the attendance of the Minister of Economy and Trade, Mohamed Hwej.
The expo, which runs until February 6th, sees participation from Egypt, Turkey, Tunisia, Algeria, Jordan, and the United Kingdom.
According to the Labour Ministry’s media office, the expo includes workshops for training and lectures on administrative development aimed at improving performance in line with market needs.
Minister Abed emphasized that the expo is part of the ministry’s efforts to qualify job seekers, indicating that measures have been implemented to ensure quality control of training, and a proposal to amend training regulations is being prepared to motivate trainees.
