– Programme name: Italian Component of the EU-funded programme Recovery, Stability and Socio-economic Development in Libya – Call for Proposals for INGOs
– AID reference: T05-EUTF-NOA-LY-05-01-01 (T05.437)
– Deadline for submission of full proposals: 14 February 2020
– Budget to allocate through grant awards: EUR 11,910,000
– The specific objectives of this Call for Proposals (CfP) are:
(i) basic service facilities upgraded in the municipalities listed below through supply of equipment and rehabilitation/maintenance works;
(ii) relevant service providers’ personnel capacity built in the management, operation and maintenance of the upgraded facilities, including the provided equipment;
(iii) awareness raised among the target population on inclusive access to services.
