The Sirte Oil and Gas Production Company announced the restarting of the gas plant in the Raqaba oil field, today, Sunday, after a suspension of nearly months.
The company said in a press briefing that operating the plant will contribute to producing about 10 million cubic feet of natural gas and about 1500 barrels of gas condensate, supplying the field’s power station with gas, and supplying lift compressors with dried gas, which will contribute to improving the performance of the field’s gas lift network and stabilizing crude oil production.
The company clarified that during the operation of the plant today, it was accompanied by difficult weather conditions and lack of vision, but it was not an obstacle to the determination of the loyal from the various departments in the field.
