The annual meeting of the Oil Institute for Rehabilitation and Training was headed by NOC Chairman and attended by Chairman of the Oil Institute, members of the Management Committee of NOC and the Oil Institute, general managers and officials of NOC and the Institute.
The activities of the Institute, projects completed in 2017, proposed plans for 2018 and estimated budgets allocated were reviewed and discussed. NOC Chairman stressed the importance of the Oil Institute, its administrators, students and employees and praised the Institute’s legacy and the role in rehabilitating and training the young scientific and technical elements to promote the sector.
The most important achievements of the Institute last year, its structure, a summary of the financial situation, approved budget and the legal status of the Institute were reviewed.
NOC Chairman and members of the Board of Directors made some important observations, namely the need to adhere to safety and environmental responsibility as a moral responsibility that should not be tolerated and recommended cooperation with companies in this sector and thanked the Institute’s Chairman and members of the Management Committee, the teaching staff and the employees of the Institute for their efforts in graduating the qualified national cadres.
