Labour Ministry signs MoU to regulate entry of Tunisian workers.

Minister of Labour and Rehabilitation Ali Al-Abed and the Director-General of International Cooperation in the Tunisian Ministry of Labour Mounir Al-Dakhli signed Thursday a memorandum of understanding to regulate the entry of Tunisian workers and residency procedures.

The MoU included enhancing connectivity between the two countries through the “Wafed” platform to facilitate the hiring of Tunisian talents to meet the needs of the Libyan labour market.

The Tunisian Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training said that the Libyan delegation determined its labour requirements in various economic sectors and specialization, emphasizing that the Tunisian side is ready to fulfill those needs.
