Abu Hessa: We hope to reach economic integration between Libya and Tunisia.

The Minister of Industry and Minerals, Ahmed Abu Hessa, called on investors from various countries to enter the Libyan market, provided that the Libyans are permitted, in return, to work in each relevant country.

During the opening of the industrial forum activities accompanying the “Made in Libya”, exhibition held in the Tunisian capital, Abu Hessa indicated that Libya is prepared environmentally for investment and that the Ministry of Industry and Minerals aspires to have integration between Libya and Tunisia in the industrial field, stressing the amendment of regulations and laws, to open the field of investment between both countries.

Abu Hessa reiterated the necessity for “one for one” between both countries regarding the flow of goods and services, stressing that there is a genuine complaint from merchants and manufacturers in this regard, indicating that it is a serious problem that must be resolved, as he put it.
