Al-Kabir discusses ways to develop the performance of CBL by French expertises

The Governor of the Central Bank of Libya (CBL), Sadiq Al-Kabir, has met with the CEO  of “Expertise France”, a French international technical cooperation agency, to discuss cooperation.

The meeting was attended by the Deputy Head of the European Union Mission to Libya, José Sabadell, In addition to the directors of departments and consultants at the bank.

The two sides discussed ways to develop the performance of some sectors in the bank during the coming period, by setting work mechanisms for financial technologies, developing the work of the credit information center and microfinance projects.

The meeting reviewed the tools that the “Expertise France” can contribute to developing, in light of the aspirations of the CBL and its contribution to the stability of Libya, and to move the wheel of the economy during the coming period.
