The Minister of Oil and Gas, Mohamed Aoun, briefed the Head of the Presidential Council (PC), Mohammed Menfi, on the progress of oil production processes and the obstructions which impede the increase in production in the country.
This came during a meeting on Monday in Tripoli, at which both parties discussed the problems facing the oil sector and the formation of management committees for its associated companies, along with discussions related to the competencies assigned to the Ministry of Oil, according to a statement by the PC.
Menfi applauded the role of workers in the sector and their efforts to increase production rates, regardless of the difficulties they face, as he put it
