Libya Project List
On 7 August 2021, the Council of Ministers of the Government of National Unity in Libya approved the award of a number of important contracts to be concluded by way of direct contracting with international companies. The decisions, issued through Council of Minister Decrees, explicitly exempt the projects from the rules of the Administrative Contract Regulation that governs public tenders and contracting with public sector entities.
